1.1 Reservation Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or through our website).
1.2 Advance Payment: Name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
2.1 Package Inclusions: Our travel packages typically include accommodation, transportation (such as taxis, shuttles, or private cars), and guided tours. Specific inclusions and exclusions will be mentioned in your itinerary.
2.2 Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political unrest, or safety concerns. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
3.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted online payment methods.
3.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms of cancellation below. Certain services, once booked and confirmed (such as flights, non-refundable hotel rooms), may not be refundable.
3.3 Currency: All payments and refunds are processed in INR unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Customer Cancellations:
β Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
β Cancellations made between 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
β Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
4.2 Agency Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the agency due to force majeure or operational issues, you will be provided with a full refund or offered alternative travel arrangements.
5.1 Travel Insurance: We recommend that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen incidents.
5.2 Personal Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas (if required).
5.3 Force Majeure: The agency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural disasters, strikes, wars, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
5.4 Health and Safety: Travelers must comply with all local health and safety regulations, and the agency is not responsible for injuries or accidents during the trip.
6.1 Hotel and Accommodation: We select hotels based on quality, reputation, and comfort, but we cannot guarantee specific preferences regarding room types or amenities.
6.2 Transportation: All transportation services are provided by third-party vendors. While we strive to ensure the highest standards, the agency is not liable for any delays or issues caused by the transport service providers.
7.1 Custom Itineraries: Customers can request personalized itineraries. Customization may incur additional charges and will be subject to availability.
7.2 Dietary Preferences and Special Requirements: While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, special requirements (e.g., for health or religious reasons) should be communicated at the time of booking.
8.1 Respect for Local Culture: Kashmir is a culturally rich region, and we ask that travelers respect local traditions, customs, and laws. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful may result in being removed from the trip at your own expense.
8.2 Weather and Regional Conditions: Kashmir's weather can be unpredictable, particularly during the winter months. Travelers should prepare for possible weather-related disruptions or changes.
9.1 Personal Information: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process bookings, send you relevant details, and improve our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for the fulfillment of services (e.g., with hotels, transport providers).
10.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If necessary, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
