Refund And Cancellation Policy

At Delmont Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our clients. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms before booking your travel services with us.

1. Cancellations by Clients

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

– More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

– 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking cost.

– 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking cost.

– Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., changes in travel regulations, natural disasters, etc.). If we need to cancel your trip:

– You will receive a full refund or, if applicable, an alternative travel option of equal or greater value.

– We will inform you of the cancellation at least 10 days in advance.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the same method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

– Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as flights or hotel reservations, may be non-refundable according to the supplier’s terms and conditions. These will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

– Refund Processing Time: Depending on your payment method and the service provider, refunds may take up to 20 days to process.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your trip in case of unexpected events that may require cancellation. Travel insurance can help cover unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip interruption, and more.

5. Special Circumstances

– Force Majeure: : In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government restrictions), refunds may not be possible, but we will assist with rebooking or alternative travel options.

– Name Changes: Any name change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the service provider.

6. Modifications to Bookings

If you need to change the dates or details of your booking, please contact us immediately. Modification fees may apply, and changes will be subject to availability.
